How are we to live?

Dear Friend,

God is the Creator of the universe and Man. And He has preserved His Holy Word, the Bible for us.

What are the teachings, revelation, and commandments of God's Word?

1. In the beginning, God created the whole world and Man (Genesis 1)

2. After some time, Man fell into the trap of the devil, disobeyed, rebelled, and sinned against His Holy Creator God (Genesis 3)

3. The wages of Man's Sin is curses, miseries, sicknesses, diseases, suffering, hatred, violence, impurity, immorality,..., death and Hell (Genesis 3, Romans 6:23a)

4. Nothing and no one can save Man from death and Hell except God Himself (Romans 3:23)

5. God chose to be merciful and gracious towards fallen mankind (John 3:16, Romans 3:24-26; 6:23b)

6. Jesus Christ is Our only Savior (John 14:6; Acts 4:12)

7. To be saved from death and hell, we got to believe in Him, Christ Jesus, love and obey Him throughout our lives (Matthew 11:28; John 3:36; Romans 10:9-13). This is the only way to receive forgiveness of our sins, eternal abundant life and Heaven.

How is a believer in Christ to live?

Our Lord God Jesus Christ gives us the answer in John 13:34-35; 15: 4-17; Matthew 22:37-40; 28:18-20. We are to

1. Abide in Him, love Him and love one another, and

2. Go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that Jesus Christ has commanded us.
