Genesis 2

• Elohim's work of creation was completed and He rested on the seventh day. (V 1-3)
• Elohim formed man of the dust of the ground. (V 7)
• The perfect life in God's Garden. (V8-25)
• God ordained work for Man. (v 15)
• God gave Man a very clear instruction with very clear consequence in case of disobedience-Death. (V 16-17)
• God created Man with tremendous intelligence and dominion over all creatures. However, none of them are comparable to the Woman that God would provide to Man as his helper. (V 18-20)
• God made Woman out of Adam and brought her to him, thus instituting marriage, the union of one man to one woman. (V21-25)
• The married couple becomes one flesh. (V 24).
• Total innocence and purity. (V 25)   
• The first two chapters of the Bible, Genesis 1 and 2 are the two chapters where everything was beautiful and perfect and very good! From the next chapter onwards, unfortunately, there will be the terrible introduction of sin into the Story of Humanity, bringing about the Fall of Man with all its devastating consequences to this day.

• In the beginning Elohim, the Triune God, the Holy Trinity created the heavens and the earth. (v 1)
• Everything that Elohim created on the first to the fifth day was good. (v 1-25)
• Elohim's first commandment to His creatures was to be fruitful and multiply. (v 22)
• On the sixth Day (1:31), Elohim made Man in His image. according to His likeness.(v 26)
• He gave man dominion over all His other creatures. (v 26)
• He created humankind male and female. (v 27)
• Elohim's first commandment to Mankind was to be fruitful and multiply, to fill the earth and subdue it, to have dominion over every living thing in the sea, the air, and the earth. (v 28)
• Elohim has provided a vegetarian diet to Mankind and beast and bird. (v 29-30)
• After God has created Man and Woman, He declared that it was very good. (v 31)
