Dedicated to all dear children's ministers

Said a precious little laddie to his father one bright day,
"May I give my heart to Jesus? Let Him wash my sins away?"
"Oh my son, but you're too little, wait until you older grow.
For bigger folks 'tis true need Him, but little ones are safe, you know."

Said the father to the laddie as a storm was coming on,

"Are the sheep all safely sheltered, safe within the fold, my son?"
"Ah, the big ones are, my father, but the lambs, I let them go.
For I didn't think it mattered little ones are safe, you know."

Oh my brother, oh, my sister; have you too made that mistake?

Little hearts that now are yielding may be hardened then, too late.
E're the evil days come near them, "Let the children come to Me.
And forbid them not," said Jesus. "Of such shall My kingdom be."

May God's Word have priority in your life!

"The vigor of our spiritual life will be in exact proportion to the place held by the Bible in our life and thoughts. I solemnly state this from the experience of fifty-four years"

George Mueller

May Christ be preeminent in us!

In all Christians, Christ is present.

In some Christians, Christ is prominent

In a few Christians, Christ is preeminent.

Worship God through Giving

God owns everything (Psalm 24:1). We are His stewards or managers of His property. God gave His Son through love. We are to give in love too. Giving will bless us (Luke 6:38). Withholding will cause us not to receive. God is our Source (Philippians 4:19). We are to give to those who teach us God's Word (Galatians 6:6). We must give our bodies to Christ as a living sacrifice (Romans 12:1). We are to give generously to those in need thus glorifying God. In the Old Testament, God's people came to worship bringing gifts. Giving is a form of worship. We must not come to church empty-handed, but bring gifts to the Lord God.

A Prayer For Salvation

Dear Friend,

Please pray this prayer sincerely from your heart:

Lord Jesus Christ, I am a sinner
I am sorry for my sins
I want to turn from my sins
I want to begin a new life with Your help
Thank You for dying for me on the Cross so my sins could be forgiven

Lord Jesus Christ, please forgive me of my sins
Come into my heart and life right now
From this moment forward, my life belongs to You and You alone
I will love You, serve You, and tell others about You, and trust You to live Your life through me

Thank You, Lord, for coming into my life and for forgiving my sins today

And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life. I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life.

How to recognize a servant leader

How to recognize a servant leader

A servant leader is first and foremost committed to the Lord Jesus Christ (Col 1:28). He has personally received His vision from God and he is committed to it and leading his followers in finding fulfillment through it as well. He is motivated by agape love for his followers. He does not seek self-glory or special personal privileges. His prior concern is for what is best for his followers towards fulfilling the vision and purpose. He is himself fulfilled through the personal development and maturing of his followers (3 John 4). The servant leader has a great sense of duty and responsibility (Rom 1:14). He is willing to make himself vulnerable and accountable. He is a careful listener and communicator of his values to his followers. The servant leader is humble recognizing both his strengths and weaknesses in himself and his followers. He is willing to share power, responsibilities, acclaim, and attention with others.
